I have created my Account in PHONE PAY 6 month ago and did many Recharge through it.
My experience was very bad with PHONE PAY
I have recharge DTH through phone pay under the offer of 50 Rs cash back on their first DTH recharge through PHONE PAH. I was eligible for that offer and did one recharge.
My transaction were completely successful but they did not give back 50 Rs cashback.
I have complained about this issue but this is 4 month still I did not get resolution from their side. They just told me by their auto generated token to wait to verify the transaction but I dont think they really concern about it.
Friend this is not the only problem I had with PHONE PAY. Many Recharge I did but not got the cash back. My Complaints still pending in their token box and they closed it without resolving them.
