Phone pe is a payments application working based on upi payments and all other virtual payment methods also
sending money from phone pe wallet to bank account is very easy and these guys are doing this freely not like paytm( takeing 4% of total amount as charges to transfer the wallet balance to bank account ) .
but these guys has to improve in customer care center and amount of failure transactions to be credited fastly.
I just lost 195 rupees in sep 2017. I am still waiting for that.if you contact them through the mail regarding about refund thet simply say wait for 7 working days but there is no customer care to slove the problems like this so be aware of this special feature of phone pe .
