We have Philips 21Rf vardaan tv. I love this product not for it is unique at that time but service of this company was very good. Our parents gifted this TV on Diwali festival. Everything was fine in this TV except its audio and functions. functions were very complicated at that time. There is no picture and sound on AV chennal. the picture was blinking and there was no sound. I had changed some menu settings but I hadn't understand anything. we called on Philips service centre and they communicate with the dealer and technicians were visited our place. they had pressed some codes by remote control and made some settings but nothing happened and then they our Av cable and it worked. That's why I like the service of Philips.
