I had a terrible experience with PharmEasy. I placed an order for medicines on 23rd September 2025, and the delivery was supposed to happen the next day. However, the medicines never arrived on time. I tried calling customer care multiple times, but every time they just kept repeating the same scripted responses without giving me any real solution.
This is extremely seriouspeople order medicines when they need them urgently, and such delays can put health at risk. If you are in an emergency or need timely delivery, I strongly suggest not relying on PharmEasy. Very disappointing service
