I have worked with Persistent for abt 1 yr... It has a good working environment, good facilities, food etc.
After working here u will be technically very strong. And if u later try to switch, this exp will be very useful.
Disadvntages: Persistent not getting new projects.... chances are u will be put in some project which is going on from many months.
Apart from that, very less hike in salary giving last yr even the best performers got not more than 10% hike.....very very bad situation I will say.
but overall, I will say its a good compny to work with and u wont regret joining this compny later on in the future...:)
