People are called at morning 10am.. the HR visits and tells that there would b an aptitude test .. then we have to wait for 2 hours when finally hr comes with the questions papers. god know if she went to take out xerox or wat that took so long.
after test we have to wait for another 1 hours for our results ( does it take 60-70 mins to correct 20 ppl' papers with simple a, b, c, d ques).. then the next round is of excel test.
here the hr tells us that do whatever u want to do with excel and tell us about your learning. so we did it.
then the following day .. we have to present on the excel sheet which we have done.
a person named j***r was present to take our presentation. pls guys he acts like he is ur friend but from inside he is like a person who wud snatch a bite from u n keep u hungry .
doesn't know hw to conduct a presentation... each candidate was to present in fr
ont of other candidates with their ppt n learnings. I dnt understand this format... they cud hv taken separate ppt's. somebody else's loss is someones else's gain. This is a gud company .. but the way they act is very bad.
HR literally gave us a threat that if anyone goes out of the process in middle then the co will c to it that we wont get placed anywhere.
