I ordered online through pepperfry. I have shopped for 50+ products across Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and shopclues. Minimum of 5 products from Infibeam, Urban Ladder, Jabong, Myntra. But this was my first try with Pepperfry. Offers during republic day seemed to be extremely brilliant. But I placed an order on 17th January. It was shipped on 21st. They promised to deliver by 26th.
But here went the drama. It was 29th and it was not yet delivered. Most of the times you have to prepay in Pepperfry. Even mine was same case.
I called them and asked to track my order. Believe me. There is no real time tracking. Customer executive said only lorry driver knows where product is.
First of all I waited 4 days for shipment itself. The demerits are, You have to prepay, no real time tracking, Zero on time delivery, etc. Atlast I got my product on Jan 30th! Thank god! I have never seen a website, who takes 2 weeks to deliver to central Bangalore. Believe me, One of my order in Flipkart got delivered on same day, I returned next day and refund was also complete.
So be careful while shopping in Pepperfry. But products are worth buying. Only thing is, you have to bear so many inconvenience!
