Pepperfry is the biggest cheater of customers. Review on Pepperfry

I placed an order, for two sets of Mahavir cookware set. (order # 300166162). When I was ordering, the website was showing the MRP as 1700 per set and discounted price as 599 (65% discount). But when I got the product, its MRP was only 799. (25% discount only) in one item (probably they forgot the scratch the MRP) and in other item the MRP was scratched. So you can imagine how Pepperfry cheats the customers by displaying the wrong information on the website.

Normally you will get the product from Pepperfry without price tag or scratched price tag. When I complained to customer care, the customer care said, "Do whatever you want, we are not going to listen to you."

I suggest the shoppers to shop on Pepperfry at your own risk of getting duped. (See, the product is still available on the website with price tag Rs. 877 which is still more than its MRP of Rs.799.
