Placed 2 order with them - one coffee grinder and 5 chairs. The website promised to deliver in 4-5 days. Its been 15 days now and there's no sign of the order.
Tried escalating to no avail. They called me up and promised to deliver it in one day. Needless to say - that did not happen. Tried to cancel the order but they refuse to refund my money. Nice website. Pay the money and then no sign of them. Pepperfry - never again. Its going to just be amazon or flipkart for me.
