I bought a corner table worth of Rs 3263 and got it delivered on time perfectly fine, and 5 stars for that. But after that my all stuff(furniture) got broken in shipping, some broke the very same day after taking out from packet because of poor design. It takes more than a month to come, and after waiting so long, you get broken stuff aaah. And that is not all, after receiving stuff, tried to contact customer care and it took me 25 calls, 3 days on chat and few mails, still under process.
I do not know what to say. In the mean while I have shopped more :(, after my first shipment, god knows what is going to happen now, I have crossed my fingers. Coz I do not have that much time or patience to return stuff again. Another thing, they are increasing prices crazily. 3 seater sofa from 9000 to 19800. Dining table 6000 to 10000 and the list go on.
Anyways, I hope there will be good online shops in India as well.
