I have order shoe rack from this site on 3rd Aug 2016 and item reached to pune warehouse on 5th Aug as I got to know via sms.
Later on 6th evening I called them for next update then they asked me to schedule the delivery. I said ASAP but they said It will be delivered by 8th and You will get SMS between 9-10AM. on 8th, I called them at 10 AM and got reply that wait for 12 PM and you will get the delivery details by SMS but no details recieved.
Then I called 12PM they said due to some reason they will deliver tomorrow. I was surprised by such answer by pepperfry.com because they have scheduled it for today ad if they are failed to do that they must tell the customer but here customer is following up for your failures. BTW they are very gud in their service, I dont know what happens this time. I am unhappy because I didnt get any update from them on time. Waiting for their update by tomorrow now and hope I will get some details as per their commitment.
