I bought a cookware from pepperfry. I wanted a 24cm model, and in pepperfry the dimention shown was 2.35L, so I went ahead and ordered it. However, when I received the product it was too small(20cm), and I contacted pepperfry for a return expecting the return process works just like any other online vendors. But, to my surprise, Pepperfry rejected my return claim saying only damaged product can be returned.
