I needed some stuff for my office, some I ordered some chairs and desk from pepperfry. the delivery service was quite good and I got the delivery very quickly but the product quality was not it just looked great but wasn't strong enough. I told the customer service about this but they didn't give a better response and said they will contact me later but they didn't instead they ignored me or kept making excuses until return days were over and said they could not do anything now. the quality of the chairs was pathetic they looked good but some of the chairs got damaged within a month only.
