For our new house, we ordered several products: beds, wardrobes, cutlery units from pepperfry.com. However, ALL of them had some damage or the other which pepperfry said they cannot repair. Either there was a visible crack which could not be polished, a piece of plywood chipped from the side, or the top piece of wood not aligned with the pieces underneath.
On the plus side, Pepperfry refunded the money very promptly, for all the products that were returned. Also, as far as other products are concerned(showpieces, mirrors, curios etc.), haven't seen any defects so far.
Overall, would suggest not to get swayed by the marketing or advertising on the website, and think twice before purchasing furniture from them. We spent nearly 1 month, ordering, waiting, complaining and then getting a refund.
