My experience has been absolutely horrible. They are more than 2 weeks past the delivery date (and 1 month past order date), I have still not received the product, and they have marked it as "delivered" on their site. Customer service is absolutely worthless. Every time I called, they promised a callback within 48 hours, but I never received one. They are not even allowing me to cancel the order, because it has supposedly been "delivered" already. Never had such a harrowing experience ever. I would never recommend it to anyone.
