I placed an order(No. 300176595) on 15th Nov. I have not received it yet. I called Pepperfry CC just now. They have confirmed that they have cancelled the order from their side. No intimation to me till I call them up 10 days after placing order and 5 days after the expected delivery date. Worst part, they have no clue why they have cancelled the order! The CC lady says ‘probably’ the item is not in stock!
Avoid Pepperfry! I am not going to order on Pepperfry – NEVER. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, I shared this with my friends and they all had similar experiences with Pepperfry.
