I brought Tulip sofa set from Pepperfry, after payment I came to mouthshut to know about them. After seeing all the reviews I afraid about my money. But the reality was quite opposite. They are delivered my item before a week of their promise. Product was Awesome as they described.
Came in a proper packing without even a small remarks. I am advising to fellow buyers from Peppefry, don't worry you're product should delivered even a little bit late. My Pepperfry team, try to communicate with customers with immediate response.
I placed two mail regarding product, I got a reply as "we are appointed a Sales manager" he will lookout your issue.but till the Item delivered also no one interacts with me.Don't panic about your I money with pepperfry.
