Second time delayed delivery of products by pepper fry.

The AWB number for blue dart given is incorrect. Passing the buck for non delivery of the product to Blue Dart. Company taking no responsibility for the delay. Unaccepted service. Company says product given to blue dart 7 days back? They have no clue where the product is.
