In TV advertisement I heard many times about Pepperfry and regarding the products it has, so I ordered Mop from Pepperfry.com. I order for Home Quest Mop, when I received the product it was something Spin floor cleaning mop. Even the product sent by the courier that was also not good. While placing order I clearly mentioned that please deliver this product on weekend.
Still they called me on weekdays and said we have SLA and within that we need to deliver this. I complained Pepperfry about same but no action has been taken by Pepperfry. Please don't buy products from Pepperfry. They will display something else and you will get something else.
