I ordered a shoe rack Order ID: 308941150. The delivery person erroneously only delivered 1 part of it and said he will get the other part next day. I knew this would be an issue so I called them , I wrote to them that product is INCOMPLETE and NOT DELIVERED. They still marked it as delivered anyway and now I am calling customer service , delivery guy etc only to encounter rudeness and incompetent behaviour. Kindly avoid pepperfry
