I had purchased a Beetel M51 phone from pepperfry with order id 100504476 in my mothers name. They have shipped me a defective product.. The display is not functional. I have requested a full refund. They made me go through the time consuming process of couriering the item back.. (Take a print out, courier the item, scan the bill, mail the same etc etc) I am so disappointed with pepperfry. I shouldn't have bought this product from pepperfry I should have read the reviews on mouthshut... Now I have to go through such a lot of unnecessary work.
Now they are saying they are going to credit me with pepper points and not cash as I demanded. what use are these pepper points?? I am not going to purchase anything from that website again. I will not settle for anything short of a full refund including the return shipping cost.
People, do not buy anything from this website. The products are usually rejects and have a lot of defects. They say they will get back to you in 48 hours. They never do. It will end up in you returning the product and wasting a lot of time during weekends.
