I ordered one product using pepperfry.com. I received this product 13 days after order.
But I felt cheated and disappointed to see the product quality.
They shipped me old and broken product.
• Carton Box seal was not present.
• Product is broken
• Product does not have security sticker (I think it was removed by seller)
• Product has many scratch marks
Please be away from now and then coming e-commerce websites. These websites (e.g. pepperfry.com) seems run by non-professionals and crooks, who are making fool of customer.
I made many transactions through other e-commerce websites, but never cheated like this. Please stay away from this pepperfry.com / or any this kind of new e-commerce site.
For complaint authenticity I am sharing product order number and order date.
