Very poor service and absolute waste of money. Review on Pepperfry

I had ordered for a Spectrum Queen Size Bed in Black Finish by Housefull in Sep 10 2014, and the due date given to me by them was Nov 10, 2014, neither did the product come in the time they said nor did they give an update on where the product was.

Finally the product arrived on 16 Nov 2014, and so we contracted the customer service to know when the service person would come to fix the bed, the customer service did not have any idea if the bed was delivered or not, he kept telling the Bed is in transit and it would reach in a week, I really don't understand how pathetic the service can be?

After few days the service guy comes and fixes it, I still feel upset to have bought from this online shop, the stuff that came surely can never match the standards of the money we pay. I would never ever recommend this site for any purchase!
