I bought 3 items together from pepperfry store. Got problem in first item. Prompt service was provided. Things were sorted. Now the bed side table which cost almost ₹7000 is having problem the drawer is not closing. the wood is swollen due to monsoon. The carpenter repaired it but he told that it might shrink during summer.
This is so pathetic. Such an expensive product should not have these types of problems. They don't have cash back or exchange policy after a particular time period.
Third item the beds have poor design the drawers are now and then coming out as they don't have locks in them. So overall my experience was bad. Would never recommend Pepperfry to anyone.
