THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM !!. Review on Pepperfry

Just had a call with a rep/supervisor from PEPPERFRY:

Guys, be careful when you place an order with them !

I just received a wrong product.. and now lets listen to their AWESOME policies:

1. They do not arrange a pickup for the wrong product they send

2. You would need to send them a picture of the wrong product received

3. You will have to shell out money to send the product back and then wait for them to receive it and then do other formalities .. and you would then probably get your money back in 7-8 days

THEY DO NOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP !

1. TO MAKE THINGS WORSE: THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE PRODUCT YOU ACTUALLY ordered - they will just initiate a repayment - which might again take about 7-8 days.

So to sum it up - all you get out of them is SHEER INCONVENIENCE !!

You will easily end up waiting/wasting about a month - starting from ordering the product to hoping to get your money back !

I WOULD NEVER SHOP WITH PEPPERFRY AGAIN !!

So everyone out there.. please be careful when you shop with them.. you might be the next victim of their AWESOME POLICIES !!
