I hardly write reviews and if I am writing then it's for a reason. Mostly I see the negative reviews which don't seem to be true given that I already bought 10 different items and pleasantly surprised each time.
I bought so many products for my mom, sister, brother and myself each time they did ship products promptly using DTDC service or their own courier. However, they didn't mention about the shipment by their own courier and I was surprised to see a large box. Then I realized that my product came & that too within three days of ordering given that their standard shipping time is 7-8 days.
Also, the all the products are brand new and came with manufacturer warranty, as I have registered some products to see if they are grey market or not.
My only suggestion is that if you see a delay or no shipment call the customer service or email them. I haven't returned any of the items and I can't say about the refund policy. Also, they should add more product description like what's in box etc.
One more surprise. I got one product delivered twice once I asked them for the location.
