Pepperfry is India's largest home shopping destination offering a wide range of home and office furniture online. When I first used pepperfry it gave me real hard time. I ordered a pedestral fan. When I received the parcel I found that the fan was broken, when I contacted the customer care I was asked to send the courier back to their Delhi office and I must incur the courier charges. Upon pressing, I was told to that I will be given Rs 500 and the rest I have to bear. The fan costed me 3k and the courier charges costed me around 1.8k. Their return policy is pathetic and I would suggest others to use pepperfry only at their own risk because they might not match your delievry expectations.
