I ordered a tea cup from pepperfry. When i received it, i found 3/6 are broken. I was quite unhappy though outer pack was done very nicely and carefully, the inner one was very bad.


There were few thermocol piece kept and cup broke but colliding with themselves. In this whole process, when i lodged the complaint, they came up with very lengthy process of returning the things and refunding the amount which annoyed me more.


Why don't they understand that i am doing online shopping to get hassle free and they want us to wrap it, send it back using courier and on top only minimal amount of courier will be refunded.


Also, they are saying they can return partial amount as only half of the cups are broken.


I really do not like pepperfry. Bad service, repeated torture over phone, every guy is asking the same question and number of times.
