Dear Friends!
Hope you are fine. Pepperfry having worst online shopping sites to deal with! Pathetic Customer Service. Means you find very bad response from their Care Center.
I suggest you make a firm decision and then call Pepperfry . Because they dont Accept cancellation even with in 2 min of placing the order. and They considered taking exceptions for genuine customers.
Now I talk about their delivery time so not very much impressed in short we say Delivery time is super delayed. and now a days this Site is famous among people by the name of "Fraud"

They only believe in only running and regular customer and don't care about the new one.
My Some observation about this site are!
They think all the customer are fools and dont think any thing
And I think their product having low standard
They dont care about any sign of responsibility
Very unprofessionals.
So dear friends in short bad customer response and no chance of replacement
only you are responsible for every thing you cant get any positive feedback from Pepperfry.
