Please never ever think of buying anything from pepperfry. They don't deliver within promised time and don't even care to inform about the same. Pathetic experience. Their courier partner GATI is even worse and behave rudely.
In today's world, where e-commerce giants like Flipkart and Amazon India are providing one or two day delivery options, Pepperfry.Com fails to deliver a small lamp shade from Gurgaon to Kolkata even after 10 long days. They initially promised to deliver it within 5 days, but failed to do so.
And here comes even more frustating part of the story, where Pepperfry don't even bother to inform about the reason for the delayed delivery even after repeated email communication from my end.
