Only God can deliver your order from sky . Review on Pepperfry

I ordered on pepper fry on 31st July and they keep sending in instalments (substandard good of local make). Out of four item I received three in span of 3-4 weeks and at the end of 4th week I realized they have not delivered a key item !!

Customer support guys are pathetic , not ready to return my money and offered coupon with an obligatory/hard tone. While he said its "policy" I asked where its is ? he directed me to "refund" I said its non-fulfilment from your side and not refund I asked for .i need my money back.

Do not use this site for anything. they deliver sub standard goods and delivery commitments are worst. I lost my precious time and money as they refuse to return the MRP price saying they have given 129 on 564 rupee  discount (Sea Of Spa Bio cream).

Govt should draft a minimum service policy for all such scrupulous e-commerce sites which cheat their customers.
