No refund, no orders. Review on Pepperfry

I ordered 2 products on pepperfry on 10th Aug’12, order no:#100224306. They mailed after a week that one of d item out of stock, and sent a coupon no refund. By using that coupon i ordered 2 products again but then I'm in need to cancel d order within day.

When I asked them to cancel and refund they refused, and still no cancellation. Asking to wait for 2 more days, already I spent Rs.600 in these orders but didn’t receive any items from pepperfry, very bad shopping experience. I had done shopping with flipkart, homeshop18, ebay all those are good but, first time in pepperfry. I think I'm cheated by pepperfry orders.

Now I'm asking to cancel all my orders and asking for refund for more than a week but no response, they says refund initiated on 20th Aug but no refund yet, in other shopping websites it will be refund in just 2 days, but pepperfry is cheats, please don't prefer pepperfry friends.
