I am a regular buyer from Pepperfry and I trust them to deliver good quality products. My experience has been that they are definitely value for money but the delivery timeline has to be improved immencely. I mean one cannot wait for 15 days for a product to be delivered. It loses its novelty if you understand what I mean.
The products, even the branded ones, are not of very high quality and twice they short shipped quantity and product but once a complaint was raised it was attended to in a short span of time. Their no replacement policy is good, you dont get tied down to a vendor.
All in all, so far its been a great shopping experience. If you have problems they deal with it to your satisfaction so why not?
