These guys are miles ahead of the rest. After having some disappointing experiences with some other online companies, I have been using Pepperfry for multiple products. Almost all the products I received were of excellent quality. In fact they once called me to inform of a 5 day delay after confirming the date of delivery, since they rejected the product for quality and got a new piece(this was for a TV stand.
A shoe rack that they delivered gave me problems with borer infestation after 2 months of purchase. I called their customer service and they asked me to send them a mail with pictures of the infestation. Once they received the pictures they gave me a full refund immediately with an instruction to dispose off the product at my end. This was a Rs.12000 piece and I was impressed by the speed with which they responded. In fact, I was telling them that only one piece of wood is infested so if they can replace that piece I am comfortable keeping it. But their response was that this is a "serious defect" and hence they would make a full refund
Gives me a lot of confidence to buy furniture online again. Hopefully they'll stay the same way as they grow. Meanwhile, thank you, Service team at Pepperfry
