I had ordered a chest of drawers from pepperfry - first of all the product was very well listed on their web site. I was easily able to view the product and get an estimate of the size even though I was looking at pictures. The user interface of the website is very pleasant, interactive and very user friendly.
Once I placed the order - I was told upfront that the furniture would be made for me after the order was placed and moreover this piece of furniture was not the assembly type of furniture(its a very sturdy completely built up piece of furniture made of extremely solid wood). I was given a 3 week time for delivery and a customer relationship agent was assigned to my product. As promised 3 weeks later the product was delivered to my home in perfect condition(was packed very well.
I am really happy with the product and it looked exactly the way I have imagined it from the website. Even their post delivery support has been positive so far.
