I placed an order for a piece of furniture on 12 April 2012. The delivery was to be in 25 days. I raised a ticket on the order after 18 days of placing order to check if anything was on time. Needless to say there was no response on the ticket. After another five days, I asked again but no response.
Today the 25 days time is over and the order is still not shipped and there is no response on the ticket either.
I was planning to buy another pieces of furniture from pepperfry as well but now I would rather not.
Please do not buy anything from this website.at least not the big value items. Believe me the wait and lack of response from pepperfry team us not worth the money I though I was saving.
Its websites like these which make online shopping a harrowing experience.
