I recently tried pepperfry to buy a cabinet, wardrobe & office chair. I was two minded to try them as I had heard negative reviews from my friends.
However, I believe in trying out myself rather than relying on other's opinions. It's a great site for furniture & furnishings with attractive price range.
Only limitation, is their delivery commitments and updates on delivery timelines.
They are overwhelmed with the demand at this point and you can expect delayed deliveries due to same.
Other than that, overall good experience on customer service, product quality, product ranges and pricing. Don't hesitate to try them for your requirements.
You can start with minimal and see for yourself. Please do avoid house full & snapdeal as they have gotten really worse and more like hell compared to Pepperfry.
