This is a racket!. Review on Pears Face Wash

What is a face wash?

All brands claim no soap in them.Fine.What they have is a surfactant.Is it any better?I mean better than soap?

Hardly!This is clearly a racket!.....Just to create another class of products in the world of cosmetics.Soaps properly made, without excess alkali in it and of course from acceptable oils etc is never bad.It is not that one needs a

synthetic detergent.They do the same function.Removing dirt and grime by lowering surface tension.Just like in your laundry wash.

There soaps have been substituted by detergents.Now they try the same in face wash!These are also powerful chemicals that can remove skin oils etc.Different brands are made using fragrances,additives like herbals etc. But the thing is same. a powerful cleansing agent.A dirt remover.I have taken PEARS,just as I have to take some name.All are same.

The utility and benefits of good old soap are the same as

those of face washes,providing we use them properly;eg not over-doing it, like too frequent an application.
