Fraud company. They should be responsible to refund money. I paid for something and got a message from payumoney that transaction declined by merchant. If transaction was declined, it means money did not go to merchant and is still with payumoney!
But they are not returning my money and on their website it says for all refunds contact the merchant. There is no way displayed on payumoney website to contact that merchant.
Fake, out to get your hard earned money ??
