Where to start. First of all my payments takes like 100 attempts to complete. I dont have anu othe option as seller has provided only this medium for payment.
Now when I comes to refund, as per payumoney mail I received it should have been creditted 10 days ago for which I am still waiting. There customer care no is even worst touching rock bottom. I kept waiting for the rep and when I reach 1st in line call gets disconnected. Trying to reach them since past 1 week without any luck.
