I made a payment through pay u money to an eCommerce website - brosskart.com believing on'paymoney assurance' that they will refund my payment if merchant doesn't provide service or goods. But this didn't happen. When merchant didn't supply goods, they told me to go to nearest police station to complaint. And this too after four months of follow up on the complaint. They also told that they closed down payumoney assurance program!
