Hey guys don't be cheated with Payumoney 100% Buyer protection term. Its such a bad experience that I have made till date.
I have made purchase from syberplace and make payment by thinking payumoney is intermediate. but its wrong theydo not help they just raising query to merchant but not any hold with them they have no any answer to customer nor they make any legal action to merchant besides cusyomer eequest.
this is very worst I they do not act till 1 month its really not good enough protection they just making fool nothing else.
Protection is nothing after so many tumes I alway have to mail but response is none just we are in contact but no feedback.
I never choose such option to losse money.
