Customer services is very poor. Talking about the product quality if you buy a branded product then you will get a good one or up to the mark. But if you go for a normal Paytm Mall product then you will get a worst quality product. Even one of my friend have got a soap inside a mobile packet.
Talking about the timely delivery, yes I can say it is up to the mark.
The app and website has been designed very beautifully, the interface is well designed and informative as well as user friendly.
As I said earlier you could rely on a branded products but not on a normal product shown in the website of the Paytm Mall. Because the branded product will maintain their quality.
So I can conclude that if you buy a branded product it will be Worthy to buy on this website otherwise don't go for it.
