I had a very experiance with paytm . I am used last four years paytm . I booked ticket from paytm srinagar to chandigarh return with travel insurance last week indigo flights call me for flights cancel information and give me some other options for travel other day then I write a message for paytm and write a simple message( my indigo flight cancel this is message given by indigo) and they after yestarday paytm cancel my ticket and say sorry we can, t help u. when I told the customer care and say this email send by you sorry we can, t help you it, s very bad experiance.
