Few days back Paytmmall.com was running 100% cashback on selected products, I ordered a product from one of those lists with the 100% cashback coupon. The order was successfully placed. then I waited for the product to arrive, after 2 days I received a messaged saying that the order is cancelled. So I contacted their customer service regarding order cancellation, I mailed them regarding the issue. the customer service is not at all quick they take 2-3 days to respond to emails. Then I got a reply from mail containing that the order was cancelled because item couldn't be delivered to my location, then I asked them if you can't deliver why did you allow me to place my order. However they didn't reply again to my email, the deducted amount was credited within 2-3 days of order cancellation. Then I placed another order confirming the delivery of the product, they took nearly 10 days to deliver the order. The product quality was not good at all, it was just like wholesale product. Being such a big e commerce website, they took nearly 10 days to deliver to a very nearby location from where the product is shipped. Though the app and websites have good layout and design, the app exits forcibly sometimes. Considering what I have experienced with Paytmmall.com they don't maintain reliability in delivering the product in right time, product quality, customer service.
