There is no doubt that Paytm is the only remaining wallet company but their customer support is very bad. As long as the app works it's fine, but the day your transaction fails there is never a chance that you can get your money back. Their customer support is almost as clueless as most banks and you will have to just keep calling them again and again, still your problem will never be resolved.
I have started using Airtel directly to recharge my phone now.
