Hello guys.
I would like to share this incident which happened with me.
I added 1000 rs to my paytm wallet and the money was added in a moment.
But that day I wanted money back in my bank account so I transfered it to my bank account and it showed me aas transaction successful but the money was not transfered to my account.
I also called the paytm care but had no response fron them.
After a week I had a mail from paytm and the gave me a reference no and told me to contact with the bank.
I went to the bank and the staff told me that this reference no is of no use.
Its been over one month now and I have not received my Rs 1000 yet.
Please guys dont use paytm and get fooled. Instead use Bhim app made by our government.
