Paytm to be the worst at the time of need. Review on Paytm

A very bad experience of paytm has arised to me few days ago. One of my relative has to come ranchi from Delhi. He was coming from Abu dhabi and his flight has came late to delhi as a result his flight from Delhi to Ranchi was missed. And that' s why he told me to book a ticket from Delhi to Ranchi on another flight. I was very much disappointed by the service of paytm . I have tried to book the ticket from 4 am till 8 am and more but it failed more than 9 times to make payment to book a seat from Delhi to Ranchi. Everytime while paying the amount, it declines to accept the payment. I thought that it might be a problem of my atm card or any bank issuance but to my shock it does not accepted two another atm card of another bank also. I have tried to make payment by net banking also but it declined to accept that also. I also thought that is there a limit by govt of india to make payment online and that's why I tried to recharge a top up of Rs 45 in my number but it also failed to make payment and thus due to their bad service only, I have to come to the airport counter and make the ticket. It really disappointed me very much . I thought It will hardly take few minutes to book a flight from paytm but it fails to my belief. Later I tried to consult their customer representative also but failed to made a conversation with them also.
