Though PAYTM is my first preference to buy anything online, I have some disappointment with PAYTM. Last week, I ordered a green colour kid school bag for my daughter in front of her. I fixed the colour in her mind. When it was delivered, it was in blue colour. The product also looks pretty and same design we ordered but not the same colour. My daughter was adamantly asking green coloured bag. It took 1/2 hour to convince her. This is my suggestion to online portals like PAYTM that never provide the wrong product to the customer and never make them feel bitter on you. That will collapse your reliability.
