The basic utility of the Paytm must be to ease the transactions but against its Usp, it makes it more complicated by not maintaining proper order of transactions. I used Paytm to maintain my penny expenses but when I transferred money to the Paytm wallet through my bank account it just didn't add to my wallet but the money was also deducted from my bank account, Paytm gave me an option to retry the transaction and when followed the same, again my money was deducted from my bank balance but not added to my Paytm wallet balance.
Paytm offers very poor Customer service as after complaining more than twice I got my money refunded to my bank account, that too took more than a week.
I just lost my belief in the reliability of the services provided by Paytm.
Poor service offered.
I would recommend people to just try for any other payment options as you could face problem through your bank while the transaction, As far as the money transfer from the Paytm app to the app it works just fine, but as mentioned above one might find issues while dealing with the bank. And the Customer service support is also not good so it will make you more irritated.
